Chox is pure chocolate, light and creamy and absolutely versatile. The cream can be eaten cold, at room temperature, or hot – making it an excellent choice for breakfast. Chox goes well with fresh or dried fruit, it can be used as a filling for pancakes, as cake or pastry icing, and it adds a special touch to savoury dishes too, when used as a warm sauce (especially with the Dark and Jasmin varieties). We offer different packaging solutions for Chox: airtight bags (of a customisable quantity and dimensions), the distinctive Chox cardboard cup (which features a cardboard lid) or any other container. Quadra, when cut into pieces, makes an excellent dessert for wine bars or as part of a catering menu. Quadra is perfect when served with a spirit of choice at the end of a meal in a restaurant. Quadra makes a very well-received surprise when found in a small glass jar in the minibar of a hotel room, to wish the guests good night, or to leave them a special souvenir from their stay.

 

CREMA DARK / DARK CREAM

A chocolate cream for experts and hardcore dark chocolate fans. This creams contains very little sugar, no milk and is gluten-free.

There’s also a bit of olive oil, that gives this product an unique texture.

CREMA COFFEE / COFEE CREAM

A variation on our dark cream, with a drop of Illy coffee. This combination is a match made in heaven. Try it hot in winter, or cold throughout the year.

CREMA SOFT / SOFT CREAM

We’ve added a touch of white chocolate to the Arriba in this cream, in order to soften a bit the flavour. This product will surely be loved by children, not to mention by milk chocolate “ChocoHolics”!

HOT CHOX

A chocolate cream that is meant to be tasted in form of a cup of hot chocolate. Surprisingly free from dairy or thickeners.

CREMA JASMIN / JASMINE CREAM

This cream is a nod to the Italian tradition of chocolate, precisely to the moment of its introduction to the country, in the 17th century. It was Francesco Redi the one who tried first to accompany Arriba chocolate with jasmine green tea, creating a lasting taste experience that, to this day, hasn’t ceased to amaze us.

CREMA GREY / GREY CREAM

We’ve brought together Arriba chocolate and a much-loved black tea, the Earl Grey Yun Zhen, which is characterised by silver linings, petals and essential Bergamot oil from Calabria.
